Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her help and motivation to increasing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) products and services throughout an engagement together with the company's senior professionals in a strategic planning session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric final exams.
With the 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing eighty one% on the registered pupils inside the training sector.
These learners accomplished a commendable pass rate of 86%.
